Some sites in drop down Bookmark Menu require two attemps to access.
Hi,
Certain sites saved to Bookmark Menu require two tries to access. First mouse click>nothing. Second try> brings up site. It is not the mouse & I've tried in Safe Mode. This happens every day. Any help appreciated.

With the bookmarks menu, one click is to select, the next is to visit. The bookmark menu is for organizing bookmarks, while the bookmarks toolbar is to access them easily while you are using the browser.
Which "Bookmarks Menu?
There are multiple UI locations to access bookmarks:
Library Window
Toolbar Dropdown
Bookmarks Toolbar
Bookmarks Sidebar
Bookmarks added by clicking the "edit this bookmark star" in address bar > Bookmark Menu Folder in dropdown. Bookmarks accessed clicking "Show Your Bookmarks" ( Bookmark Menu Button )

Try moving your bookmarks to the bookmarks toolbar through the Library window, making sure that the bookmarks toolbar is visible. This allows one click access to your bookmarks, as the other windows are for organization or for people who have hundreds of bookmarks.
I have too many bookmarks to use the toolbar. That's why I use the Bookmark Menu.
