Restoring lost tabs after a Refresh
I'm using Firefox as my browser, on a desktop Mac (OS). Please write out any possible solutions to my problem with as much detail as possible, step-by-step. (I'm recovering from a concussion, and at least for now, I need instructions to be very detailed. Thanks.)
I did a Refresh. (I've never done a Refresh before.) In the past, my tabs would be automatically restored if I quit and then re-opened Firefox. I assumed this would happen after the Refresh. My tabs did not get restored, and Restore Previous Session (in History) is greyed out. Same when I click on the button that looks like three horizontal lines, at the top right-hand corner of the menu bar. When I went to the Restore Tabs page that comes up when you re-open Firefox, the box that usually shows the tabs from the previous session was empty.
Please can someone help me get back the tabs I had just prior to doing the Refresh.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
