Video pane not showing up
When going to a site from an email link that is supposed to have a video clip, the video pane(s) do not show up in the page displayed by the Firefox browser, although if I use Microsoft Edge, they do show up and are playable. What am I missing?

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks.....in Safe Mode, the videos appear and work....so what do I need to do to stock blocking content. Clicking on the shield, I set it to "Standard", but it did not solve the problem.
