Keep calendar reminder window in background

Hello,

The reminder window keeps "blinking" to remind an alert (new or not new calendar event). How can I have this window remain in the background excepted when there is a new event ? My problem is that I automatically hide Windows the program bar and when the alarm pops up the bar remain visible until I select the reminder window.

I forgot to say THANK YOU for the new Thunderbird 78, I jump from 52 to 78, I had to give-up some add-ons, but in general the program is better and more user friendly.

Hello, Anybody has an idea? It is very annoying to have the reminder windows take the focus while you are working on something else. What we expect is that on a new reminder, yes the reminder windows take the focus, but when this windows refresh with already displayed reminder, it does not take the focus and stay below all open windows. THANK YOU Patrice
