Hi all, and thanks in advance. I just bought a mouse to replace the M6900 I've been using for years.

I do a lot of repetitive mouse work and on my old mouse I programmed the buttons to shortcut tasks.

I'm trying to do something specific here and would like some advice.

I want to, with one mouse button, create a macro that simultaneously presses "ctrl & LClick". I open a lot of tabs in the background for work and want a button that does just that.

I've attached a pic of what doesn't work. Any ideas? Macros are new to me.

This forum is for support with Thunderbird issues, but you need help with configuring your new mouse. I recommend you ask in your mouse manufacturer's community forum instead.
