No "new" option when right click in browser window

Because I have an SSD drive, I am trying to change the location of the cache. One of the steps is to "right click" in the window/page and select "New"....There is no "New" option!!! Here are my options when I right click....

Save Page As... Send Page to Device View Background Image Select All View Page Source View Page Info Inspect Accessibility Properties Inspect Element (Q)

These are the only choices. I need to change the cache to limit writes on my SSD drive, which is drive C, my boot drive....

Do the instructions have you open the Advanced Configuration Editor at the address about:config and right-click there to add a new preference?
