Can't connect to websites because of unknown certificates

more options

I keep getting these warnings about websites that I have connected to for years. The latest involves OptumRx where I get my prescriptions filled through my insurance. What can I do? This first occurred with a connection to my credit union, now it's happening with another website. The warning message says to notify the websites administrator, but how can I do that when I can't connect to the website? All of these certificates seem to be from country "CZ". Does this mean I've been hacked?

I noticed it mentioned AVG. Did you set Firefox to trust AVG, or tell AVG to stop getting in the middle of your Firefox connections? You have options...
