Firefox opens Websties/Tabs at the bottom of the page

When I open a new window/tab Firefox opens it at the bottom of the page instead of the top. Is there someway to fix this? I am running the newest version of Firefox and Windows 10.

Do you mean every new page you open is scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page? Or certain pages do that? Either way, that doesn't seem normal...

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

No, it does not do it on all pages but it does it on about 80% . That's what is making it frustrating trying to track the problem down.

I made a new profile and it worked fine. Any ideas??
