Hey there ! i am working in hospital as Approval Coordinator using https://onlineservices.bupa.com.sa. Before sometimes Firefox was working 100% correctly, but after update , i cannot able to print the document correctly. scale feature is not scaling document , moreover please include some ruler option under print preview screen, so that we can adjust the print. i have been using Firefox for more than 15 years.

Hi Viki, yes, unfortunately there is a bug in Firefox 90 with all scaled printing. Whether you change the scale manually (for example, reduce 100% to 70%) or use Fit to page width/Shrink to fit, in either case, content is truncated.

Depending on the page, you could switch to Landscape mode and see whether it will fit without scaling.

A patch has been developed and is in testing in the beta version of Firefox (future Firefox 91). We are hopeful that it will be released as an interim update for Firefox 90, but I don't have information on whether or when that might happen.

Yes, printing a page with scaling may result in truncated output (bug 1720621). This will be resolved in the next release. Note that bug 1720621 will be uplifted to 90.0.2, so you can keep an eye on updates for the coming week to get it fixed.
