Hello All In my two mac osx computer (Home and business ) same TB version 78.12.0 My folder except INBOX and LOCAL FOLDER all disappeared without any notice. I did check my office365 account ==> through my web account ==> every thing seems to be fine.

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh. Do the missing folders appear after you check the boxes (subscribe)?
