My mother recently opened up Thunderbird on her computer to find all the folders were empty. She closed and reopened Thunderbird, but found that the folders themselves had disappeared. The emails and folders were also gone when she tried logging into Outlook and Windows Mail. The existing help suggestion on this topic requires clicking on the folders to repair them, which is obviously not possibly as the folders themselves have disappeared. Posting here because neither myself or anyone in my family is particularly knowledgeable about computers and we’re not sure what to do. Any information would be much appreciated.
