Why does my Google Search or even going to Google.com not work? I have tried a reset and that still does not fix the problem. Sometimes I can close Firefox and then reopen it and it will work a few times but not always.

What happens when you go to that page? Is there any error message?

You can check the connection settings.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
