thunderbird not opening

when I try to open thunderbird via windows 10 i get this message.

Runtime version 91.4.0 is not compatable with min ver 91.3.0

                                                                             max ver 91.3.0

HELP

Just reinstall from getthunderbird.com that fixes that problem
