Are you typing in the password or is it saved in Firefox?

Tried both. Firefox fails but Edge and Google Chrome work. Checked the Portalbella.com website but no reply.

I would put both username and password into notepad(watch for spaces) and paste them in. Also, show us a full browser screenshot of the error. Cover your personal info.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I went to the website and changed my password. Now it works. Just funny that the other browsers worked with the old password. Thanks for the ideas.

It failed again. looks like it is the website is the issue. http://www.portalbella.com I love the way it works but to change it I have to get a temporary password from them. Then I am supposed to change it to a new password. I do that and it fails again. Thanks for the help guys. If you create a home page you can see why I like it so much. Problem is the creator has not updated it in quite a while.
