Viewing Emails
When I open an email, it opens in a separate window. Is it possible to open an email and still see the Inbox directory on the screen?

Does it work if you select it from the View/Layout menu? Does it work in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB)?

Press F8 in the main window to show the Message Pane, then select a message in the Threads Pane (message list) with a single click.
Tried this, but it didn't help. I had no response to pressing F8. And when I followed up by clicking on a message, all it did was highlight the message that I clicked on.

Selecting the Layout menu and checking Message Pane solve the problem. Thought I had tried everything there, but I guess I missed that. Thanks for your help!
