When I try to go on the mobile version of youtube"m.yoube.com it instead changes it to the desktop version with this"youtube.com/?app=desktop" so I'm wondering if Firefox has a mobile youtube version on it or if my thing is justed bugged

Have you tried clearing YouTube from the Firefox for Android browsing history? This article should help:
