the answer I received is so large and copied over each other. I am not a technician and please give me a simple answer to fix it or I will have to uninstall firefox. Why can't I speak to a live support person or chat with one?

To reduce or enlarge the font and images in browser window
Press Ctrl ++ (control key and the plus sign key together press) or Ctrl+- (control key and the minus sign key together press)
