Since Linux upgrade to T'bird 102.2, Yahoo email isn't available

I have my Yahoo email set up in Thunderbird with the Yahoo required authentication. There is new mail in the Yahoo system mailbox which I can read there, but Thunderbird is not able to download it as my mail client. This is new since the Thunderbird 102 (and I think).2 upgrade--at least it's new in the last week or so.

Is there any simple fix for this?

Suddenly T'bird was able to get mail from Yahoo today. Whatever was wrong has been fixed, probably on the Yahoo end.
