I recently updated Firefox to the latest version, and in the process lost all data.
How do we backup all data, for recovery later, in case your browser update deletes everything again?

This worked, but it's a bit bulky.
Shouldn't there be a simple command or button in the Firefox browser, to easily create backups?
I accidentally found one for exporting bookmarks to a HTML-file, so you are half way there.
