Loggong n to Thunderbid doesn't accept passwords
My thunderbird doesn't open my computer mail. It accepts the first password but not the second and just keeps asking for another. Therefore I cannot receive e-mails with and answer and need to get help on a Thunderbird message/

Perhaps you could explain what this first password and second password is? Is one a primary password to unlock your passwords perhaps? Knowing what the error message you get would also be most helpful as would the email providers details as many issues are provider specific.
