When I try to import my personal certificate, I get the error message "This personal certificate cannot be installed because you do not own the matching private key which was created when the certificate was requested". How can I solve this

When you requested your certificate from whatever Certificate Authority you received a file containing the cert, and the private key. Apparently the file you're trying to import isn't the one you received from the CA in the first place.
