Bookmarks don't hold their place
Why are bookmark folders resetting to the top each time they're used? Instead of the folder holding it's place, it now goes back to the top of the folder. So if I used a bookmark that was midway down a folder, and I want to use the bookmark directly below it next, I have to scroll down the folder back to it, instead of the folder holding its place. Why? And how can I make it stop? Thanks.

Here is the bug report that was filed. It's been assigned, but not yet fixed. Bug 1809084 bookmarks menus intermittently reset their scrollbox position to the top
How do I file a different bug report, because the issue I'm having isn't bookmarks resetting to the top intermittently - they reset EVERY SINGLE TIME.
The bug report you cited is 2 months old, and the problem has only worsened. Great job!

Bug 1809084 was filed two months ago for Firefox Nightly, which was at version 110 at that time. New bug reports about this issue will be marked as duplicates. For example, see this duplicate bug filed 02-16-2023: Bug 1817270 Bookmark list no longer remembers scroll location
P.S. There's a thread on the Mozilla Connect feedback site (mentioned in bug 1809084), in case it helps:
https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/bookmark-error-after-update-to-version-110-0/td-p/25087 Bookmark error after update to version 110.0
And the Tracking Status for Bug 1817270 claims it is a RESOLVED Duplicate of 1809084, and Bug 1809084 claims resetting to the top occurs intermittently.
This is not an intermittent issue anymore. It happens Every.Single.Time.
Maybe if Bugs weren't dismissed as "resolved" and the actual behavior was accurately identified, it could get a priority status bump and actually be fixed. As it is, two updates later (the first one that broke it, and the one from this week) and the only resolution is a big phat zero.
