Can't share articles to Twitter because can't scroll down to Tweet button

Ever since about 2 Firefox updates ago, I cannot share articles to Twitter using Firefox. When I share, the Tweet dialogue box pops up showing the article, but the sidebar on the right side of the box (the one needed to scroll down the message to the Tweet button) is greyed out and no amount of clicking, trying to drag, etc., will get it going.

I cannot replicate this problem on Edge, as that browser works seamlessly when sharing articles to Twitter and I am able to scroll down to the Tweet button with no problem. Same with Chrome, I have no problem there, either.

This seems to be a Firefox problem and I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I have not changed any of my Firefox settings. I've disabled all of my extensions and it still doesn't work. I find myself using other browsers more and more as with each Firefox update there seems to be more technical bugs that aren't being fixed.

But I use Twitter often, so this is a significant problem for me. Any reasonable suggestions?

You can check in the Page Inspector what element gets selected in case there is something overlayed.

You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.
