Receiving e mail messages through Thunderbird

Problem #1. Yesterday I downloaded the new 115 version of Thunderbird. 

Now the message shows but when I click to open the message the page is blank.
This is h with telus.net  e-mail addresses.  
I did a re-start but no success.

 Problem #2
I have 4 different e mails which I like to manage through the Thunderbird operation.

My main address is cchandler@telus.net this e mail developed problems & required a re-install since then I have been unable to get Thunderbird to accept that address with IMAP setting to ensure I can see mail on cell phone as well .

Telus mail uses gmail settings. What are your incoming and outgoing server settings?
