Hi David, First, a GREAT BIG I'm so sorry for putting you through this activity and for your good patients and help. My fault! The screen which kept coming up when I tried to upgrade my subscription and pay for it didn't have any action buttons to select either. After several days of trying I realized the buttons must be out of sight at the bottom of the screen so I reduced the size of the page and "BINGO" there were the buttons. 2 minutes later I was subscribed and payed up. Being 87 years young I sometimes forget some of these things. Thank you again for all your efforts and good thoughts. All the best, Floyd Harrison

Mailfence is a separate company, so I suggest you pursue with them.
True they are a separate company. But I subscribed to an email service through Thunderbird, a project of MZLA Technologies, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mozilla. I have requested help from all the above and gotten nowhere. I am just trying to upgrade the email service I signed up for with Thunderbird. Thunderbird placed me with Mailfence and they get a rebate for doing that. It's all under the name of Mozilla. Why does no one care to help?
Ok, I think I understand. You installed TB and the email setup window suggested a free email account with Mailfence and you took that path. Who is refusing to sign you up? Do you have an account at mailfence.com? Mozilla or MZLA cannot do that; all they did was provide a free service for persons wanting an email account. If we know who is refusing you, we may be able to assist better. Thank you.
