sending emails and no send button on computer when replying

I am unable to send out messages when responding. There is no button to with send and have tried everything possible.

- click 'new message' - then, if menu bar is not showing, press alt key or F10 - then, press view>toolbars and tick 'composition toolbar'

I hit f10 and then no view screen came up. It went back to my screen to log in again. Thank you for helping me. Deborah

Okay, try using the alt key after pressing 'new message', as some PCs may have F10 set to something else.
