android sync and save data does not appear

i have a mozilla account. I am pretty sure I am logged in on both desktop, laptop and android.

no matter what I do, the "sync and save data"option on android does not appear. when I view the qr code on my android galaxy a14 5g android version 13 it takes me to the google play store where my choices are open or uninstall. when I tap open, it asks "do you want to leave firefox?". google play screen re-appears. 2nd time I tap to open, it just displays the url and android browser is blank. mzl.la/3NDxAIS

Hi

When you open the Firefox for Android menu, do you see your name or email address a this top of the list when you select Settings?

yes, my email address is under account, first item in settings.
