telstra says i need to fix unauthenticated email address
i had email from telstra saying i need to fix my email address from unauthenicated emails . i went to settings smtp edit to password normal and it still will not send

Unlike you, I have no idea what the error message says. Perhaps you could report what it says verbatim so someone can offer you support instead of guessing.
