Thunderbird can't find its profile - what can I do to create a new one
After running the download to install Thunderbird, which gave no error messages, when I try to run Thunderbird it can't find its profile. What do I do next to find the profile, or create a new profile? What is the name of the profile?

I suggest repeating the download and install, as this appears to be corrupted. Be sure to download from thunderbird.net.
