It is a replay to your last message ticket 223478.

Thank you for replay.

1.Number of Junk files on each addres on AOL Mail/addewss/spam and Thunderbitd address junk are different for AOL and Thunderbird. I think it is normal because each mail agent has its own junk setting. For defect addres on AOL there are 15 junk mails, on Thunderbit zero.

2. Server settings: type of the account is "IMAP MAIL Server." Actually it was POP3 but I was not able to install address for POP3 and was forced to select IMAP for inpox.

3.Junk Settings: Enable adaptive junk control - checked

                           Destinatioon and Retention Dont mark as junk personal address book - ckecked
                           Move new junk messages to:"Junk" folder on: defect address
                           Retenntion 14 dqys

All addresser have the same settings.

4. Synchronization and Storage/Advanced: Junk and Trask folders were unchecked on all three addewsses. Hadve checed them on all addresses.

After that viewed one junk message on defect address. and 15 on AAOL.

There is no thread here by that number https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/223478 so I wonder what ticket you are referring to as no ticket system is in place for Thunderbird support.
