Will Mozilla Firefox Get AI-Powered Features Like Edge and Chrome?
With Microsoft Edge integrating Copilot and Google Chrome adding Gemini AI features, do you think Mozilla should follow the trend? Would you like to see AI-powered tools in Firefox, such as automatic tab organization or AI-driven search? Let’s discuss if Firefox should embrace AI or stick to its privacy-focused roots!

Why not both? AI based tab organization will be completely private. It is already tested btw.
Great point! Combining AI with privacy could be a win-win. AI-powered features that prioritize privacy would definitely set Firefox apart
Mozilla created Firefox with Privacy in mind what your asking goes in opposite directions. Also Firefox would be so bloatware it would just be named Edge, Chrome....

There is this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ai-chatbot
As far as AI is concerned it should be optional and off by default.
I also would like to not have anything to do with any of Elon Musk's AI works like xAI, or the new Grok AI which is said to be extremely vulnerable to hacking. Considering the huge amount of wrecking ball damage Elon is doing to the US govt currently all to give himself control and money to himself and other billionaire buddies.
