I noticed that using some websites like Crunchyroll (watching a video) or Spotify (just opening the site) cause my screen to go black.

I tried disabling the hardware acceleration setting but this creates a new issues, it causes screen tearing. So it is not an option. I have fully reinstalled the GPU and its drivers but the issue is the same.

The only thing that seems to work besides restarting my PC is to unplug and plug back the displayport cable. This happens every time I turn on my computer and use firefox. If I'm lucky, the flickering/black screen will go back to normal after a few minutes, If not, I have to restart. Seems like this happens only once everytime I turn back on my PC

I have also tried turning "media.hardware-video-decoding.enabled" to false in about:config but this just did nothing.

I'm trying to find a fix for this without changing my main browser.

This are my PC specs: AMD ryzen 5 3500x 3.59ghz Win 10 64bits 16gb ram GPU Nvidia geforce 4060ti

firefox up to date: 135.0.1 (64-bit)

Sounds more like Video driver or you got DRM issues.
