Issue

I have another kind of problem with Firefox

Description

I have 2 keyboard layouts installed on my Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) : "Canadian French" and "Russian - PC".

Keybord layout switching works perfectly with all other browsers (Opera, Chrome, Safari) and applications but Firefox : I cannot switch to Russian keyboard layout when using Firefox, because it becomes unavailable (greyed out) as soon as Firefox window is in focus.

It's automatically switching back to Canadian French if it was on Russian layout just before.

I suppose that a plugin is to blame for this problem, but I didn't figure out which one yet.

Firefox version

3.6.3

Operating system

Mac OS X (Snow Leopard)

Plugins installed

Contribute CS5, Web Developer, Firebug and some others

After restarting Firefox, the problem is gone. Probably Contribute CS5 is to blame.

Same thing here, after restarting Firefox, I am able to switch the language input from US English to Russian once again. However, I do not have the aforementioned "Contribute CS5" plugin, and my system setup is a bit different -> G4 PowerPC PowerBook running Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard and Firefox 3.6.10 I do have FireBug installed (among those mentioned by Koss).
