Video and Auidio on BBC website stopped working...as of this morning I can no longer view Video or llisten to the radio on the BBC website, had firefox for years and never had an issue before today. Where the AV would normally appear the screen is now blank, checked extensions I don't have adblocker or anything like that, puzzled as to what it is as youtube still working. Java is enabled and even updated to latest....nothing, help would be greatly appreciatted.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). You can also try to disable other plugins.

See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems

Exactly the same issue - iplayer also doesn't work. Just blank where the video screen should be (with a large flashing cursor if you click on the blank) Have tried disabling all Extensions - no effect Have uninstalled / reinstalled - no effect Had this problem now for a couple of months

Everything fine in IE (having to use IE unfortunatley!)

Using Vista & Firefox 3.6.3

Same issue here, I get "This content doesn't seem to be working. Try again later" in IE absolutely fine.

Same problem and same message as Anonymous. Using Windows 7 with Firefox. Java fully up-to-date. Add-ons and plug-ins all ok.

Having to use IE for watching video on the BBC site unfortunately. Anyone found a fix for this?
