i open firefox there are 2 tabs and a banner beneathe them that says "Mozilla firefox is free and open source software from the non-profit mozilla foundation" and a button that says "know your rights." How do i get rid of those? I try changing but when

I have to clear all that away before i use the browser. Every time i change STARTUP "homepage" when i close browser and open it again everything comes back, nothing changes.
