Today, when trying to upgrade my Firefox to 3.6.3 version, Mac OS version 10.3.9, I received a Warning Window: The following disk images failed to mount: Firefox 3.6.3.dmg corrupt image. How do I fix this problem, since I'm trying to open Google Docs and I need an updated Firefox version to make this happen.

This happened

Just once or twice

Firefox 3.0.x, 3.5.x, and 3.6.x require OSX version 10.4 or later. The last version for OSX 10.3.9 and earlier is Firefox 2.0.0.20.

System Requirements: Firefox 2.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/system-requirements-v2.html Firefox 3.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/system-requirements-v3.html Firefox 3.5.x and 3.6.x: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/system-requirements.html

Get Firefox 2.0.0.20 for OSX 10.3.9 and earlier here (choose your language and download the .dmg file): ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.20/mac/
