Unknown sites when I perform search
Everytime I do a search on either Yahoo or Google, It never goes to the page I click on. Instead it goes to some sort of apartment finder or some such thing. A number 2 shows up next to the the link window and one of these sites appears. This started today. This is a fresh install of Windows XP.

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database.
