I know how to save files but Firefox is not letting me it keeps wanting to open the file?

My dad loves to mess with settings. Now every time I try to save a file it wants to open it. Can someone help please? If you need any more details just ask.

It is already set to that. I even tried to restart Firefox and that didn't even work.
