Can't see main tool bar with File edit view, no back button either
Was trying to get rid of an Alot toolbar and my main toolbar went away. Tried deleting Firefox and reinstalling, same problem

Press ALT V T M to get the menu bar back.
Press ALT V T N to get the back forward navigation bar back.

I've tried holding down "Alt' and pressing "V T M" with no result. Help
