Recently bookmarked lost and cannot be restored by changing the setting the integer to 0 because reverts to 2 on restart.

When I selcct Bookmarks the "Recently bookmarked" folder does not appear and I cannot see where my new bookmarks are accessed. The advice at "Restore the default Smart Bookmarks Folders" on the help menu does not resolve the issue.

You can create a new bookmark with the location set to this place: query.

Recently Bookmarked:
place:folder=BOOKMARKS_MENU&folder=UNFILED_BOOKMARKS&folder=TOOLBAR&sort=12&excludeQueries=1&excludeItemIfParentHasAnnotation=livemark%2FfeedURI&maxResults=10&queryType=1

You may need to restart Firefox to get it to work as a smart folder.
