I want to save "Use strict filtering" and "Do not provide query predictions" but I have to select this everytime we open Firefox, I don't have to do this on Explorer, it has remembered and saved, I have young children so this is important.Thank you.
We use either Explorer or Firefox. When we open Google as our homepage (as probably most of the world does) on Explorer, it has saved our settings of Use Strict Filtering and Do Not Provide Query Predictions. Therefore I know whatever our children type in is safe - no unsavoury options will be given to them. However, we prefer Firefox but whenever we choose these options in settings, save them, receive the message that they have been saved, and then close down, these choices are not remembered the next time our children turn on the pc, and open up Firefox, therefore, our control is nil. Why is this working in Explorer but not Firefox? What do we need to do. Many thanks.
