I see no confirmation string that I am not a robot
When the confirmation dialog asking to type some stuff that I am not a robot, the area is white.
Everything I type is rejected.

3rd party cookies enabled?
"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
