A regular website has placed an extra item on its menu bar. This does not show on FF but is AOK on IE. Why?

Web site is www.selftrade.co.uk who recently changed the location of the "Messages" tab. When you log on, the red menu bar, "GettingStarted, My account, Services etc" changes and adds "Messages". Or it should! FF don't but if I log on through IE it does.

Reload a web page and bypass the cache with:

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Sorry that does not help. Neither action reloads with the missing tab. Tried it when I opened the site and again after I logged on.
