Hi, I think Firefox Mobile is great! Thanks for it! =) I have one question, though. I have synced everything, which includes my desktop bookmarks. However, I was wondering... is there anyway to move my desktop bookmarks to the main bookmark tab? It would be nice to not have to click the Awesome bar, then click the Bookmarks tab, then click my Desktop Bookmarks, then click my personal folders of bookmarks, and finally click the bookmark I want. Having the desktop bookmarks on the main tab would be much more convenient. Thanks! Look forward to hearing what other people think! =)

There's no simple way to do this in Firefox 4 Beta.

Here's a non-simple way that should work:

  1. In mobile Firefox, open the bookmarked page.
  2. Press the star button on the right-hand toolbar and then press the "Remove" button.
  3. Press the star button again to add a new bookmark.

Now the page should appear in your mobile bookmarks. If you want the bookmark to appear in your mobile *and* desktop bookmarks, you can then open the desktop Firefox bookmark manager, and add another bookmark for the same page.

Thanks for the response, mbrubeck!

HOWEVER, there IS a simple solution! Just yesterday, I noticed that in Firefox on my desktop (well, laptop, actually), that since I synced, there is a folder in my bookmarks called "Mobile Bookmarks." So, I organized my bookmarks on my laptop, and simply moved all my bookmarks from the "Bookmarks Menu" to the "Mobile Bookmarks" menu. YAY! SIMPLE SOLUTION! =)
