I was prompted to download the latest version of MSN Chat. Just one click and the whole package was installed on my computer... The toolbar...and my search engine got replaced by Bing. I've uninstalled both the toolbar and the MSN Chat from my laptop. The toolbar and Bing are still on, however. This also results in the dysfunction of my Firefox. My first Firefox window carries the text "Well, this is embarrassing." and the details which you probably already know. It takes opening the second window for Firefox to work. How do I reverse these conditions? Thank you for your help.
