In Jan, CSS3 came into being. I was able to incorporate some of the items into my websites. Now, however, I find that for some reason these effects have stopped working. ie non-standard fonts, transparent box, even outline and border have packed in.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I found out what was the problem. As I had been 'tidying' my Styles sheet I had accidentally deleted a closing curly bracket. This stopped anything below it on the sheet stop working. Replacing it was the answer.
