When opening Adobe docs in browser the first 2 or 3 open fine, then I get an internal error and the screen is blank and I can't open Adobe docs any longer. Why?

When opening Adobe documents in my browser everything is fine for about 4 documents, then when I try to open again, the screen goes black and I get a popup stating an internal error has occurred. I try to refresh, but that does not clear the problem. I have to close Firefox and then reopen. Very frustrating!!

You have My Web Search installed which is malware and which will attempt to redirect your searches.

Click the orange Firefox button, go to Add-ons and then click the Plugins menu. Find My Web Search and disable it.

You can remove it by using this free malware scanner: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
