when i open a web page some times it says that fire fox has stopped work and i have to close the web page and it happens over and over again even if i restart my computer or shut it down it works on your sit though please help

stop use it. 1st. if it only happens to some one or two specific website, don't go there with firefox, maybe I.E.7/8/9, or try another 3rd party web browser like google chrome 10.x
