prevent firefox from opening hidden tab groups
I love firefox and tab groups. I have many many tabs open across wide range of tab groups. Firefox is using huge amounts of ram due to loading every tab, in every group regardless of if I see it in the current session or not.
Preventing all tabs across all tab groups from loading automatically would be great.
Is it possible to open only current tabs in the currently viewed tab group?
Right now I'm using "active stop button" that allows me to stop all non loaded tabs from loading. This is nice, but it stops all pages across all tabs, but does not stop pages that are already cashed from being displayed, even in hidden tab groups- this just eats ram for a page I'm likely not going to revisit any time soon.

Thank you! load tabs progressively appears to be doing almost exactly what I wanted. restore control and bar tab do not appear to be working with ff4.

It would be nice if firefox automatically loaded only the pages that are currently visible/current tab group. Maybe in ff5.
You look like you know ff inside and out. Any suggestions on the addon side? I recently installed flagfox and I'm just amazed how insightful this little addon is. Any gems you recommend?
