Printing problem
While using my pay pal account the printing changed. When I select print on the pay pal screen it normally prints a nice full page readout of the order. Now it is printing the same thing on two pages in a very small font and missing some of the info. I have tried other printers and the same thing happens. This happened once before and I had to un-install Fire Fox and re download it. I hope there is a better solution.

Here is a detailed article on troubleshooting printing problems. Try the "reset" first and see whether that helps. If not, some of the other issues may match up with your symptoms.

Are you using PayPal's "Printer Version" to print it?
I deleted Firefox and re-installed it before I got your message. The re-install fixed the problem. I have printed out your help and will save it for the next time this happens. Thanks.
I am not sure what the printer version with pay pal is you are talking about.
After you finished an order, PayPal will display a page with something like "View Order Details" on the right side of the page (in a small window). If you click on it, it'll display the order details and there will be a "Printer Version" in it.
That's what I always get, yours might be different though.
OK...I am printing off orders made to me through pay pal. I have been doing this for years now with no problem. Just recently have had this issue with firefox
